When these seminars were combined into a company-wide event in hopes of lowering costs and gaining a synergistic effect, we considered the company message and then proposed an event name as well as a 3-year plan.
To make the event goals clear, we communicated with each division about how they wanted to use the event, as a communication tool, to reach attendees. What message did they want to convey? What kind of connections did they want to make?
