Bigbeat is pleased to announce the following changes to its management structure, effective September 1, 2025. 

Tatsuro Otaki has been appointed as CEO, and Shirakuma has been appointed as Director of Bigbeat Inc.
With this new leadership team, we will continue to embody our corporate philosophy: “Bringing happiness to everyone we engage with”.
We remain committed to further enhancing our services and strengthening relationships with our clients and partners.

We would also like to announce that Hori stepped down from his position as Director as of August 31, 2025.
Since the company’s founding, he has made significant contributions as a sales leader, and for more than 20 years, he has played a vital role in supporting Bigbeat’s back-office operations as the head of administration and general affairs.
As head of human resources, he also led recruitment activities, particularly new graduate hiring, which has been a tradition since Bigbeat’s establishment.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hori for his invaluable contributions throughout his long career with us, and to everyone who supported him during his tenure.
